You may need to create an account to use certain features on this website, including saving favorite items, uploading artwork, managing addresses, submitting estimate requests, reviewing quotes, approving or declining quotes, viewing project updates, and communicating with us.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, contact, billing, shipping, and project information. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

If you create an account on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to use this website and submit requests on behalf of that company or organization.

2. Use of This Website

This website allows you to browse products, save favorite items, upload artwork, manage addresses, submit estimate requests, review quotes, approve or decline quotes, and communicate with us about your projects.

You agree to use this website only for lawful business or personal purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Customer Account Features

4. Shopping Cart and Estimate Requests

The shopping cart currently works as a Request for Quote / Estimate Request tool.

Adding products to the shopping cart and submitting an estimate request does not create a final order, require online payment, or guarantee final pricing.

After you submit an estimate request, we may review your selected products, artwork, quantity, finishing options, shipping information, special instructions, and other project details before sending you a quote.

5. Quotes

A quote may include product pricing, shipping fees, additional services, additional products, discounts, taxes, production details, and other charges or terms.

You are responsible for reviewing the quote carefully before approving it. If you have questions or need changes, you should contact us before approval.

Prices, product availability, shipping estimates, production timelines, and other quote details may change before a quote is approved.

6. Quote Approval and Decline

You may approve or decline a quote through your account or another method we accept.

If you approve a quote, the estimate may move into the fulfillment stage. After approval, we may update the payment status and production status so you can follow the progress of your project.

If you decline a quote, we may revise and resend the quote, or the estimate may be closed.

7. Payment

Online payment may not be available through this website. If online payment is not available, we will provide separate payment instructions.

You agree to pay all approved charges, including product charges, shipping fees, additional services, applicable taxes, and any other approved fees.

Payment status displayed on this website is for tracking purposes. A displayed payment status does not replace actual payment confirmation from us.

8. Production and Fulfillment Status

After a quote is approved, we may update production status, such as In Production, Shipped, Completed, Delivered, or other status labels used by us.

Production and fulfillment status updates are provided for convenience and may not guarantee a specific completion date or delivery date unless we expressly confirm it in writing.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs shown or discussed through this website are estimates unless included in an approved quote or otherwise confirmed by us.

Shipping cost and delivery timing may depend on destination address, package details, carrier availability, residential or commercial classification, weather, carrier delays, production timing, and other factors.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause additional charges, delivery delays, failed delivery, or revised shipping costs.

10. Artwork, Files, and Customer Content

You are responsible for all artwork, files, logos, text, images, trademarks, designs, photos, graphics, messages, and other content you upload, submit, provide, or approve through this website (“Customer Content”).

By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the Customer Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use it;
2. The Customer Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
3. The Customer Content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
4. The Customer Content is accurate and suitable for the requested products or services;
5. You have the authority to authorize us to use the Customer Content for quoting, proofing, production, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, and related purposes.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, modify as needed for production, transmit, and otherwise use Customer Content for the purpose of processing your account activity, estimate requests, quotes, proofs, approved products, fulfillment, customer communication, and customer service.

11. File Review and Right to Refuse Content

We may review, reject, pause, cancel, or request changes to any Customer Content, estimate request, quote, or approved project if we believe the content or project may be unlawful, infringing, offensive, unsafe, technically unsuitable, corrupted, incomplete, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate for production.

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing files, low-resolution artwork, incorrect dimensions, file errors, incomplete instructions, late approvals, or content issues.

12. Proofs and Customer Approval

If a proof, preview, or mockup is provided, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval.

Your review should include, as applicable, spelling, grammar, layout, size, quantity, product selection, material, colors, cut lines, finishing options, shipping information, and all other project details.

Digital previews and screen colors may not exactly match final printed products due to differences in displays, color settings, materials, printing processes, and file preparation.

Once you approve a quote, proof, or production-ready file, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may require additional charges.

13. Product Information and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue products, pricing, options, materials, turnaround times, shipping options, and website features at any time.

We may correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, availability, quote details, or website content before accepting or fulfilling a project.

14. Cancellations, Changes, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation, change, return, refund, and reprint requests are subject to our policies and the production status of the approved quote.

Because many products are custom-made, changes or cancellations may not be available once artwork has been approved, production has started, materials have been prepared, or the project has otherwise entered fulfillment.

You should contact us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue with your project.

15. Customer Messages and Attachments

You may be able to send messages and attachments through this website. You agree not to submit messages or files that are unlawful, abusive, harmful, malicious, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to your project.

Messages, files, and project records may be used by us for quote management, customer service, production, fulfillment, dispute resolution, and account support.
